货物运输:

食物是根据订单,使用新鲜材料准备的,真空包装后,进行急速冷冻后才发货,发货使用保温箱加入大量冰块,以保持运输全程食品处于低温冷藏状态,保持食物品质,食物抵达时可能会有不同程度化冻软化,但不影响品质,请放心使用。我们使用的保温方式可以维持低温冷藏状态长达3天,我们的合作的急运快递一般发货后18 至 36 小时内就会送达指定地点,请确保有人签收,并把所有事物收藏在冷冻。

 

关于签收

请您在签收24小时内联系我们!“商品数量,包装破损,变质”等问题,如果有少发,漏发请在签收后24小时内拍照联系我们,我们将及时为您处理。如果超过24小时后或没有拍照,买家自行承担。生鲜产品必须有人及时签收,如果因为地址错误,或者无人签收,引起品质问题,买家自行承担。如果由于运输公司导致保温包装破损引起产品变质,请拍照联系我们,我们均会重新补发。

 

Dispatch:

We ensure long-term and hygienic and food preservation with high-speed freezing maintain the original delicacy and freshness without quality doubt.

We will dispatch our product using temperature insulated packaging, therefor the environment temperature during transport equivalent to refrigeration environment to maintain the freshness quality of product.

The product might have different degree of thawing, but not affect the product quality.

Please ensure to sign for receive up on goods arrival, store product in freezer immediate upon arrival.

Please contact us within 24 hours upon goods arrival, if you have any issues on, quantity receive, packaging damage (insurance by transport company), product deterioration and other issues by provide photo, we will solve the issue accordingly. Any issues failed to feedback or photo of product within 24 hours upon goods arrival, buyer might bear full responsibility.

 

Cooking Guide

 

烹调步骤:

*所有产品包装“不适用与微波炉加热”,如有需要可以把食物转移至可微波容器进行加热

*完全解冻后,再进行烹调

  1. 可提前一天从冰箱冷冻层,放入冷藏层进行解冻。或直接把产品放入水中快速解冻。
  2. 热锅,将油倒入锅中,把鸡扒从包装取出放入锅中,每煎大约1分钟后反面,大约9 分钟待肉熟透,取出摆盘
  3. 加热酱汁淋在鸡扒即可享用,也可以自由搭配其它配菜。

*鸡扒需要完全解冻软化 *蜜汁和咸蛋酱汁默认搭配炸鸡扒

油温170c 炸大约6分钟,取出装盘备用

酱汁另外加热至沸腾,淋在鸡扒上即可享用

蜜汁和咸蛋鸡扒默认发货(上好炸浆的鸡扒),包装上有标注招牌腌制鸡扒(油炸)

蘑菇,黑椒,蒙古适合搭配煎鸡扒,包装上会标注招牌腌制鸡扒(煎/烤)
 

Cooking Guide:

*all packaging “non microwave”, please transfer food to microwave heat able container if necessary.

*Fully thaw before process to cooking step.

*Black Pepper, mushroom, Mongolia recommend serve with grill chicken chop

*salted egg sauce, Sweet Sauce recommend serve with deep fried chicken chop

(salted egg sauce, sweet sauce Orders default dispatch with marinated chicken chop coated in deep fried batter)

  1. Transfer product from freezer to refrigerator 1 day earlier, or thaw product with packaging in water.
  2. Hot pan, pour cooking oil in to pan, use medium low heat, remove chicken chop from packaging put into pan, flip chicken chop every 1 minutes, cook approximate 9 minute until fully cooked, set aside for plating.
  3. Reheat sauce and pour on cooked chicken chop.

Deep Fry Chicken Chop

  1. Transfer product from freezer to refrigerator 1 day earlier, or thaw product with packaging in warm water.
  2. Oil temperature about 170 Celsius deep fry for 6 minute, set aside ready for plating
  3. Reheat sauce till boil, pour on chicken chop if needed
