Cooking Guide for Marinated Chicken Chop

鸡扒烹调教程(招牌酱汁腌制鸡扒/香茅/四川麻辣/港女豉香/卡真/孜然)

烹调步骤:
*所有产品包装“不适用与微波炉加热”,如有需要可以把食物转移至可微波容器进行加热
*完全解冻后,再进行烹调

  1. 可提前一天从冰箱冷冻层,放入冷藏层进行解冻。或直接把产品放入温水快速解冻。
  2. 热锅,将油倒入锅中,把鸡扒从包装取出放入锅中,带皮面朝下,每面煎大约 1 分钟左右反面一次,大约 9 分钟待肉熟透,取出摆盘

*鸡扒需要完全解冻软化

*Fully thaw before process to cooking step.

  1. Transfer product from freezer to refrigerator 1 day earlier, or thaw product with packaging in warm water.
  2. Hot pan, pour cooking oil in to pan, use medium low heat, remove chicken chop from packaging put into pan, flip chicken chop every 1 minutes, cook approximate 9 minute until fully cooked, set aside for plating.
  3. Reheat sauce till boiled and serve with cooked chicken chop.
