Cooking Guide for Marinated Chicken Chop
(Chicken Chop With Sauce/Marinated Chicken Chop:Lemonglass/Spicy/H.K/Carjun/CuminBBQ)
鸡扒烹调教程(招牌酱汁腌制鸡扒/香茅/四川麻辣/港女豉香/卡真/孜然)
烹调步骤:
*所有产品包装“不适用与微波炉加热”,如有需要可以把食物转移至可微波容器进行加热
*完全解冻后,再进行烹调
- 可提前一天从冰箱冷冻层,放入冷藏层进行解冻。或直接把产品放入温水快速解冻。
- 热锅,将油倒入锅中,把鸡扒从包装取出放入锅中,带皮面朝下,每面煎大约 1 分钟左右反面一次,大约 9 分钟待肉熟透,取出摆盘
*鸡扒需要完全解冻软化

*Fully thaw before process to cooking step.
- Transfer product from freezer to refrigerator 1 day earlier, or thaw product with packaging in warm water.
- Hot pan, pour cooking oil in to pan, use medium low heat, remove chicken chop from packaging put into pan, flip chicken chop every 1 minutes, cook approximate 9 minute until fully cooked, set aside for plating.
- Reheat sauce till boiled and serve with cooked chicken chop.
