货物运输:

食物是根据订单,使用新鲜材料准备的,真空包装后,进行急速冷冻后才发货,发货使用保温箱加入大量冰块,以保持运输全程食品处于低温冷藏状态,保持食物品质,食物抵达时可能会有不同程度化冻软化,但不影响品质,请放心使用。我们使用的保温方式可以维持低温冷藏状态长达3天,我们的合作的急运快递一般发货后18 至 36 小时内就会送达指定地点,请确保有人签收,并把所有事物收藏在冷冻。

 

关于签收

请您在签收24小时内联系我们!“商品数量,包装破损,变质”等问题,如果有少发,漏发请在签收后24小时内拍照联系我们,我们将及时为您处理。如果超过24小时后或没有拍照,买家自行承担。生鲜产品必须有人及时签收,如果因为地址错误,或者无人签收,引起品质问题,买家自行承担。如果由于运输公司导致保温包装破损引起产品变质,请拍照联系我们,我们均会重新补发。

 

Dispatch:

We will dispatch our product using temperature insulated packaging, therefor the environment temperature during transport equivalent to refrigeration environment to maintain the freshness quality of product.

The product might have different degree of thawing, but not affect the product quality.

Please ensure to sign for receive up on goods arrival, store product in freezer immediate upon arrival.

Please contact us within 24 hours upon goods arrival, if you have any issues on, quantity receive, packaging damage (insurance by transport company), product deterioration and other issues by provide photo, we will solve the issue accordingly. Any issues failed to feedback or photo of product within 24 hours upon goods arrival, buyer might bear full responsibility.

 Cooking Guide

烹调步骤:

*所有产品包装“不适用与微波炉加热”,如有需要可以把食物转移至可微波容器进行加热

*完全解冻再进行食物烹调

  1. 可提前一天从冰箱冷冻层,放入冷藏层进行解冻。或直接把产品放入水中快速解冻。
  2. 烹调方法:
    1. 在锅中倒入适量食用油,加热至170至180摄氏度
    2. 分开放入解冻好的肉块,避免肉块粘在一起,炸至金黄色(鸡肉块大约4至5分钟)(猪肉块大约3至4分钟)
    3. 取出炸好的肉块装盘备用
    4. 把解冻好的酱汁倒入锅中,加热至沸腾
    5.  
      1. 加热好的酱汁另外装盘,用炸好的肉块沾酱汁吃
      2. 把炸好的肉块加入沸腾的酱汁中,轻轻翻炒至肉块吸收裹上酱汁即可装盘享用

Cooking Guide:

*Fully thaw before reheat

  1. Transfer product from freezer to refrigerator 1 day earlier, or thaw product with packaging in warm water.
  2. Reheat method
    1. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 170 to 180 degrees Celsius
    2. Put the thawed meat pieces separately to avoid sticking together, and fry until golden brown (chicken pieces about 4 to 5 minutes) (pork pieces about 3 to 4 minutes)
    3. Take out the fried meat pieces and set aside
    4. Pour the thawed sauce into the pot and heat it to boiling
    5. Add the fried meat to the boiling sauce, stir fry gently until the meat is absorbed and coated with the sauce, then serve on a plate
      1. Or Serve the sauce separately, Dip sauce as you like
